Online interview
NSMEDIA recruitment team contacts via phone or video call. Short ~15 minute interview to understand you better.
Interview includes:
- Self-introduction (~5 minutes)
- Understanding motivation and goals
- Assessing suitability
- Answering your questions

2-4 weeks
Onboarding & Training
Join training class suitable for your level. Assigned a 1:1 mentor to guide step by step, using AI tools.
Program includes:
- Channel setup and profile optimization
- Basic training course (2 weeks)
- Practice sessions with mentor
- Getting familiar with AI Script Studio

Immediately
Debut & Start earning
Official debut with AI tools support, technical team on standby. Start earning income from the first livestream.
