Warranty & Returns Policy

1. Scope of Application

This policy applies to all Idols participating in the NSMEDIA platform, including training services, income management, technical support and AI tools provided throughout the cooperation period.

2. Income Payment Policy

NSMEDIA is committed to paying Idols on time and transparently:

  • Payment Date: The 15th of each month.
  • Method: Bank transfer to the registered account.
  • Receipt Time: 1-3 business days from the payment date.
  • Receipt: Send notification via email and display on the Idol dashboard.

3. Mentor Change Policy

Idols have the right to request a mentor change if they feel incompatible:

  • One free mentor change within the first 14 days from the mentor assignment date.
  • Requests for mentor changes after 14 days will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
  • A new mentor will be assigned within 3 business days from when the request is approved.

4. Retake Policy

NSMEDIA supports Idols in retaking registered training courses:

  • Free retake within 6 months from the course registration date.
  • Applies to all online courses and training materials on the platform.
  • Retake content is updated for free when there are TikTok algorithm changes.

5. Service Warranty Policy

NSMEDIA warrants service quality with the following commitments:

  • Technical Support: 24/7 support throughout the cooperation period.
  • AI tools: Provide and update free AI tools to support content creation.
  • TikTok Algorithm Updates: Notify and train new strategies when TikTok changes its algorithm.
  • Operational Guarantee: The platform system guarantees uptime of 99.5% or higher.

6. Advance Policy

Idols can apply for income advances when necessary:

  • Advance amount up to 50% of current accumulated income.
  • Each Idol can only advance a maximum of 2 times in 1 month.
  • Advances are gradually deducted in subsequent payment periods.

7. Termination of Cooperation

When cooperation is terminated:

  • The Idol will still receive all accumulated income up to the termination date.
  • The final payment will be made within 15 business days.
  • NSMEDIA does not withhold any legal income of the Idol.
  • AI tools and platform accounts will be deactivated 30 days from the termination date.
